The following terms apply to the Maker Life Group SMS/MMS messaging program:

• Program name: Maker Life Group Alerts
• Program description: Appointment reminders, follow-up messages related to your insurance inquiry, policy updates, and responses to your questions.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive up to 10 messages per month related to your inquiry. Recurring messages may be sent.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Maker Life Group is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive any further text messages from this program unless you re-opt-in. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls or emails — to opt out of those, contact us directly.

Supported Carriers

We do not share your mobile phone number or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information will only be used as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

You may provide consent to receive communications from Maker Life Group through the following methods:

• Website forms: By completing the coverage quiz, contact form, booking form, or any service inquiry form on makerlifegroup.com, which includes a TCPA consent checkbox and disclosure.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms: By submitting a lead generation form through our social media advertising campaigns, which include consent disclosure language.
• Verbal consent: By verbally agreeing during a phone consultation to receive follow-up text messages at the number you provide.
